In order for agents to actively participate in the CTX MLS, their broker and office must be established and active first.  Please check with your broker to insure that they are a current member.  If they are not a current CTX MLS member, they will have to also join.  You will also have to have a Letter of Good Standing from your primary board to accompany your application.

The Central Texas MLS covers a wide area. This area includes the following counties: Hays, Guadalupe, Comal, Gonzales, Caldwell, Blanco, and Bexar. As a Central Texas MLS member, you have search options for all these areas and also have complimentary Supra access to these areas with your membership.

Application for San Marcos Area Board of REALTORS Membership:

In order for any agent/salesperson to be an active member of the SMABOR, their broker must be at least a Secondary member of SMABOR.  Please check with your broker to see where he/she is a member.  To become a secondary member of our board, your application must have a Letter of Good Standing from your primary board with it. Your dues depend on the Quarter you are joining.

If you are already an active member of another board as an affiliate, you can become a secondary member with SMABOR.  If you are not a member of any other board as an affiliate, you can be a primary member of SMABOR and receive all of the amazing benefits of being a member. You will get first choice on all advertising ventures with SMABOR including, but not limited to, General Membership Luncheons, REALTOR® Center Sponsorship, Annual Golf Tournament, and various other events. We will also feature your business on a “preferred” business list which is distributed regularly to our REALTORS® and is featured on our website. As our REALTORS® and clients have a ton of options, this list is very useful. We understand that our Affiliates support our industry and thus, we support our Affiliates.
