The San Marcos Area Board of
REALTORS® is a 501(c)6 non-profit membership
organization established in 1960.
Originally formed as the Hays County Board of REALTORS®, the name was
changed in the 1980s. SMABOR
contains members from San Marcos and areas all around including Lockhart, Luling, Wimberley, Kyle, and Buda. The San Marcos Area Board of REALTORS® is a
shareholder in the Central Texas MLS, a regional for-profit MLS system that
covers the area between
“Providing value through education,
communication, leadership, and resources; enabling our members to best serve
our community.”
